Shana joined Robins, Eskew, Smith & Jordan in 2025 as the firm’s HR generalist. She works in the Duluth office and handles payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and labor law compliance. What Shana enjoys most about her role is taking care of and empowering RESJ’s amazing team. For her, human resources is more about the people than the “resources” and thus she finds building positive relationships and fostering a healthy work culture to be incredibly rewarding. Previously, she managed HR functions for several companies across various industries that included education, IT and events.

Outside of work, Shana enjoys staying active with yoga and pickleball, hosting family game nights, and exploring new restaurants. She and her husband are proud parents of three nearly grown children and cherish every opportunity to spend time together as a family.
